New website for amateur historians!

This is the first blog post on my website, which is dedicated to local history surrounding churches in Suffolk & Norfolk mostly focusing on architecture.

I hope to inspire and inform people about our very old landscape with hidden gems with the aim of encouraging people to explore the historic marvels in the local area.

This site will also be used as a platform to raise awareness for the need of preservation of the heritage around us and get everyone in society to help conserve the history of the country. This is particularly important for all levels of government and the private and 3rd sectors in all industries and cultures.
